Baja Baby

Hola, otra vez!

This time we went to Baja California. Flew to La Paz, rented a car and drove more south to Cabo. First of all, MAM I drove in Mexico haha. I'm still a live, I'm proud haha. Besides the amazing beaches and sunsets, we went on some amazing trips. First, we went swimming with a whaleshark. Yes, I know, we volunteered to swim with the largest shark on earth. Okay, fuck it, lets do it! The moment I jumped in the water, my snorkel was trying to drown me and when the guide ordered me to look down, I saw a big black spot. I didn't see that much, but still seeing something big in the water coming your way made me swallow so much sea water that I needed to get out of the water. Okay another try. This time with another snorkel. Hup in the water and at the right moment, down! WAAAAAAH, a real shark and everything in your body tells you to get out of the facking water. Too scary, but I swem allong with the animal and got to see the back and tail really good. With an andrenaline boost and (knikkende knieën) weak body, I went on the boat again. Pff, okay I'm never doing that again haha.

Second tour, we went swimming with sealions. How amazing, they are so kind and playful. Their skin feels so soft and smooth. Waauw, I felt like a mermaid, except the fact that I almost choked becaus of the water haha.

Overall, it was a relaxing and adventures trip. Besides the exciting animals, the roadtrips through nature and walks allong the beach, made it clear why ALL Americans come to the South of Baja California for their holidays.
